Review: I took my phone to be repaired and paid $60.00 to have the charging port replace , I had to bring the phone back (4) time , and the (5) time when I ask my son to call and ask if I can pick up the phone the were very nasty to him over the phoneDesired Settlement: Repair – of products or services if they were unsatisfactory or damaged

Review: To Whom It May Concern: I brought a Apple laptop (Macbook Pro A1226) to Computer Phone Repair to fix the screen of the laptop on January [redacted], 2015. I was informed that the repairs would be completed in weeks time (January [redacted]). When I returned a week later, I was told that they had ordered the wrong screen and should called back at the end of the week. I returned on January [redacted] week, I was told that they were still "working on it." At that point, I asked if I could get the laptop back. Since then, I have been calling every day and I still have not got a response from them.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to get the laptop back.
