I have been a prior customer at this business, where they successfully resolved and removed a virus from my Dell laptop computer, a few years agoI brought the same laptop in to be looked at on 3/17/16, to see about repairing a broken hinge (screen to computer main hinge), and a space key that quit working The order at the time was "diagnostics" which is a $fee when that service is completedOn afternoon of 3/they advised that it would be a substantial cost to repair the hinge, and they did have a new Dell laptop they could set up which had the same operating system, for $ My husband (USAF service member) went to the business to look at this option on 3/ He was told by the business that the broken laptop hard drive was a superior component, and they could "clone the hard drive" into the new machine for an extra $150, and it would take a few hours to complete He said that sounds good, agreed to the purchase (nothing in writing) and would pick up the computer the nex
