I had the worst experience hereI brought in my HP Laptop to get my key board replaced after some water damageI was quoted for labor and for the new keyboardI was NEVER told I would not be receiving and authentic HP keyboardTwo days later I enter the store to pick up my laptopIt looked awfulI really wish there was a way to upload pictures to this websiteThe keyboard was missing a plastic piece that keeps it in placeTo fix that problem, Computer Tech used packing tape to connect my keyboard to my computerIt was laughable how ugly the computer lookedI complained about the look of the keyboard, I was told it was fully functional, which was trueIt did work, somehow concidering it was taped togetherI was charged dollars for instulationThere was no instulation work since it was taped inHe was very aggressive to my mother over the phoneI went and got a second opinion and was told I was being lied to by this companyI have requested a refund and I will never recommend or return to this establishment againdollars for a knock off keyboard, and dollars to tape it to my computerI have pictures of proof if there is anyway they can be uploaded

*** *** came into my shop on February 14th needing her computer serviced. The complaint she had was “The tower made beeping noises and the screen had lines going across it”. We told her that we could resolve her issue and the amount would be $in which she paid that day. While analyzing her computer we found many viruses on the device and choose to call her and inform her of our findings and the great virus protection software that we offer. She told us to go ahead and put it on her computer for an additional price of $
When *** *** picked her computer up she expressed her satisfaction about our service and verified that everything was in working order. On March 15th we received a call from *** *** about her computer which was 1month and 1day past the original transaction dateAfter several attempts to reach her on multiple numbers, we finally succeeded and she proceeded to tell us that it had worked fine for days and then stated that she was having the same issues as before. *** *** requested that we do a service call for free because she felt that her computer should have worked properly for longer than days. I explained to her that we could not control software issues due to sites she visited after taking the PC home. However, as an owner I wanted to help her get her issues resolved and offered to look at the pc for free if she would bring it by the shopHer response was “I am too lazy” and while I understand that everyone has a hectic lifestyle; I cannot offer my services for free to do a service call because it would take me well over hours of my time to repair her computer over an issue out of my control
After about week we received another phone call from *** *** stating that she would be bringing her computer by that afternoon around 5:30pm. However, later that day we received a service call and knew we would not be in the storeOut of courtesy, we gave her a call and left her a message an hour before her arrival time to let her know we would be on a service call and would not be in the store until later that evening. She called us back and left a message stating that we should do a service call for free, a second time. Again, we explained that since this was a software issue that was out of our control we would not be able to offer a service call for free but that we would still be willing to look at it for her if she would bring it by the shop, free of charge. We did not receive any further communication from *** *** until this complaint
In conclusion, Computer Tech Services went above and beyond to help *** *** get her computer back up and running properly. We will also keep the invitation open for her to bring the computer by the store for a free analysis. If you have any other questions then, please feel free to contact us at *** or ***

it took to boot the PC up to the sign in screen of WindowsThe client did call us days later and said that the PC wouldn't boot up properly but the PC did work the 1st day properly the client said We tried to assist the client with his issues but the client texted me and left a voicemail stating could we beat *** or another 3rd party vendors price of $for a new motherboard/memory/processor and we explained that we couldn'tWe did the best possible job we could do for the client but if a motherboard goes bad after the repair has been completed then we are limited to what we can do if the customer isn't willing to repurchase a new motherboard from usWe hope the client has a great day

I was NEVER told I would not be receiving and authentic HP keyboard. Two days later I enter the store to pick up my laptop. It looked awful. I really wish there was a way to upload pictures to this website. The keyboard was missing a plastic piece that keeps it in place. To fix that problem, Computer Tech used normal packing tape to connect my keyboard to my computer. It was laughable how ugly the computer looked. I complained about the look of the keyboard, I was told it was fully functional, which was true. It did work, somehow concidering it was taped together. I was charged 47 dollars for instulation. There was no instulation work since it was taped in. He was very aggressive to my mother over the phone. I went and got a second opinion and was told I was being lied to by this company. I have requested a refund and I will never recommend or return to this establishment again. 40 dollars for a knock off keyboard, and 47 dollars to tape it to my computer. I have pictures of proof if there is anyway they can be uploaded.

The client did call us 2 days later and said that the PC wouldn't boot up properly but the PC did work the 1st day properly the client said.  We tried to assist the client with his issues but the client texted me and left a voicemail stating could we beat [redacted] or another 3rd party vendors price of $140.00 for a new motherboard/memory/processor and we explained that we couldn't. We did the best possible job we could do for the client but if a motherboard goes bad after the repair has been completed then we are limited to what we can do if the customer isn't willing to repurchase a new motherboard from us. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I would, however, like to clear up a couple of statements in Computer Tech's reply -
1 - Computer virus - I used at the time, and still do at present, [redacted], the number one rated virus program at the time.  Although there is no such thing as a perfect virus program, I have never had one in the past nor since having this problem.  There is, of course, no way to disprove that Computer Tech is wrong - nor is there any way to prove that they are correct.
2 - Ongoing problem - the original problem I had with the computer was not a slow boot problem but, at times only, a no boot problem.  Sometimes the computer world boot normally several days in a row and sometimes it world not.  Computer Tech is correct - I received the computer back late in the afternoon and it did, in fact, boot normally that evening.  The next day, however, it was back to the "sometimes" boot.  After being told that it was the motherboard by other techs and since it was a several years old computer and that motherboard was no longer available it meant I would require a different CPU as well - I  instead purchased a new computer.
The computer is here - just as I received it from Computer Tech.  I have copied the data from it to my new computer.  I am willing to bet money that if I plug it in that it will boot - sometimes - and sometimes not - - the same problem I had when I called Computer Tech.
And one other note - if Computer Tech advertises a "flat rate of $69.00", how did I get charged $135.00?
