Review: About 2 years ago, I was getting computer maintenance help online from a "Technical Person" at Microsoft Support. Shortly after, this "Technical Person" passed me over to a person named Dan, who I originally thought was from Microsoft Support, but much later, (November 2014), I discovered that he was NOT from Microsoft Support. He is from a much smaller business called "Computor Tech Solutions", from Coraopolis, PA, USA. During the month of mid October, 2015, I asked some people at the Microsoft Technical Department if they ever "contract out", or simply give technical work out to other computer tech companies. They said "NO". This made me "scratch my Head", and feel puzzled, Hmmmmmm, with Dan, at Computor Tech Solutions. Last November, 2014, I mailed a money-order check to Dan, at "Microsoft Support", [redacted], Coraopolis, PA, USA, 15108, for $347.99, for doing technical work online, on my labtop computer. When Dan received this check, he told me that I wrote the wrong business name on this check. He then told me to send him a 2nd money-order check for $347.99 with the correct business name, COMPUTOR TECH SOLUTIONS, [redacted], Coraopolis, PA, USA, 15108, which I did. Shortly after, Dan told me that the first check with the incorrect name, "Microsoft Support", got accepted into the bank, First Niagra Bank, in Coraopolis, PA. I then asked Dan to send me back the 2nd check. And up to this present time, (October 25, 2015), Dan has NOT sent it back to me. I have called Dan many times. The few times that I did get a hold of Dan, he would always respond, "I'll Look Into It", but has never returned this check to me. The vast majority of other times that I called Dan, I left detailed messages on his voicemail, and these calls have never been returned.Desired Settlement: As already mentioned, I would like this Person, Dan from "Computor Tech Solutions" to refund my money back to me, which comes to $347.99. I would also like to make a request to have the Revdex.com post my complaint everywhere about this business, Computor Tech Solutions. That is, have my complaint posted on every Revdex.com in the USA and Canada, where anyone and everyone can have easy access to reading it.
