Computer Troubleshooters of West Bend

Review: I was having computer problems and my C drive wasn't working and even though i'm good with computers I don't have the time to fix it myself was looking to sell it soon. So I took it to Computer Troubleshooter and when I had gotten there Mark was not there so I spoke the receptionist and told her that all I wanted was a diagnosis before fixing because I didn't want to put a lot of money into a computer I was going to sell so I asked to pay upfront for the diagnosis she said don't worry about it. so when I picked it up Mark told me he fixed and it was going to cost me 100 dollars I said no way so we haggled it down to 75 or 80 I believe which I told him I was upset about because I didn't want to spend that much. When I picked it up I was in a hurry to begin with and wasn't expecting to have to negotiate a deal but he explained that he fixed my computer and repairing the c drive was temporary which I knew but he said with the program he used to fix it, it could work for for two years longer or maybe a month longer either way it was temporary which I understood he wanted to show it was working fine and that it could run but I said I believe him and left. later that night after work when I got home it crashed 5 mins after running. so I called them told them i'd bring it in when I got back from florida. when I took it in he said he'd check it out. with no call or anything I had to come in 2 weeks later and he said he hadn't gotten to it and his excuse was i'm selling it. I said that's no excuse this is unprofessional at least refund the difference to the diagnosis. to which he said there's no way he'd do that. I said I paid you for a service and you didn't complete or do the service for which I paid you for after you made me pay more originally. He said there was no way he'd refund me and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about because i'm a 22 year old. So I told him he's unprofessional I was disappointed and left.Desired Settlement: I would just like Revdex.com to know how he conducts business and that what he did was wrong and that I will using my social networks to complain about him to people in the area.

I have given this consumer a discount on the services and I had advised the consumer that he needs to replace the hard drive and that it will not last very long without replacing the hard drive but he did not want to pay to fix that there is nothing further I can do.
