Computers of Reno

I recently had a computer store order and install a new video card in my computer. The card did not work right so the owner of the computer store returned it to the dealer and ordered me another video card with the $500.00 dollars I had given him. That was two weeks ago and now I checked on my order and find he had sold the store to another party and left them with no record of my $$500.00 credit or my new video card order. These new owners say the previous owner said he didn't owe any customers any refunds or products. What can I do?Product_Or_Service: Computer Video CardDesired SettlementJust refund my money.
