Concept Commercial Roofing

Review: On August 6, 2013 [redacted] from dba Concept Commercial Roofing made repairs to [redacted]'s roof [redacted]. When it rained a couple days after the roof was leaking called [redacted], he came by [redacted] to repair the roof leaks. On September 13, 2013 it rained again. Roof was still leaking left a message [redacted] never called back. Concept Commercial Roof Insurance lapsed got the insurance certificate back saying it was cancelled. [redacted] has photo's of leak after [redacted] stated he repaired the roof.[redacted] gave [redacted] a check in the amount of $850.00 Check #[redacted].Desired Settlement: [redacted] would like a refund on money spent since [redacted] from Concept Commercial Roof never did fix the roof he claims he fixed.Cell Phone number for [redacted] is ###-###-####Please help us if you can in this matter....Thanks,[redacted]work phone (###-###-####)

Review: On July 12, 2013 the roof for the [redacted] was repaired with a new roof. There was a guarantee of 10 years for any leaks to be repaired. Currently there is a leak in the roof and needs repair. We cannot contact anyone from the website or the phone numbers listed in the contract which is for "[redacted]". I have sent emails to [redacted] with no response. I have a written contract with warranty and want the roof repaired per the contract.Desired Settlement: We want the roof repaired and who will maintain in the future for any issues.

Review: Concept Commercial Roofing failed to complete the work defined in the contract. Called the company many times to get them to complete the work. They made promises but never came back to complete the work. They no longer answer their phones.Desired Settlement: Complete the work that they have been paid for. orRefund.
