In Aug 2007, [redacted] and his crew charged me $5,145 to replace my driveway. By June 2010, there was pitting and 1/2 inch to 1 inch holes over 85% of the driveway. When I called, [redacted] said that his employee, [redacted] would look at it the following week. [redacted] mentioned that he was currently in litegation with his concrete supplier due to poor concrete batches.
In Dec 2010, he sent me a letter saying that the driveway will be completed in Spring 2011. Spring came and went. Then in Sept 2011, [redacted] informed me that the concrete will be redone by mid-Oct, but [redacted] stated that there will be "NO WARRNETY OR GUARENTEE. LANDSCAPING WILL BE UP TO THE HOMEOWNER."
Work was finally completed on Oct 21, 2011, but I had to pay $98 extra for reinforcing mesh and add grass to fix the dirt trenches on either side of the driveway. To save money, he also decided to lay larger concrete squares than previous on my driveway without my permission.
By Oct 2013, pitting is again visible and I am very dissatisfied with the work completed. I only wanted the job done right and to get what I expected for my $5,145.
