Connecticut Sign Factory

Review: On or about September 4, 2014, I hired Connecticut Sign Factory to make 2 navy blue exterior signs for my business. I had explained to him about our company colors and design. [redacted] did an excellent job in design, sent me a proof, which I approved. A few days later he came to install the signs, and they were a completely different color. The signs are a royal blue and not a navy blue. I emailed him a day or two later, letting him know of my dissatisfaction. He emailed back and said he "would make it right", and drop me off the color samples. I have not heard from him since, except one or two emails. I would like this problem resolved. As I told him, I have spent 10 years branding my logo, motto and colors, and the color of the signs are extremely important to me. He is now ignoring my emails completely.Desired Settlement: I would like the signs re-done in the proper color or a full refund.
