On approvximately April 24th (Friday) Brian and his crew came to open my pool, as they have the past couple of years. As usual, due to algae they had to send one man back the next day to finish cleaning the pool. As it turns out, he ripped my liner and my pool started losing water.
I started leaving messages for Brian on Sunday. He finally called me Monday morning and said he would look at it and call me around lunch time. No call. I had to leave several messages for him and he finally called me the next Monday morning. I asked for an estimate for a new one and he said he would call me that afternoon. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I had to get another company to fix his mess. I know my liner was near the end of it's life so I never insinuated he should replace it free. I just asked for an estimate. He showed no remorse for breaking the liner and no integrity in terms of getting back to me.
