Review: I consigned items (3 fur pieces) to Consignment on Centre on March 14, 2014. I met with the owner, [redacted]. Since that time, on numerous occasions, I have tried to call and I have sent an email message to her through her website to find out the status of my merchandise. When attempting to contact her by phone there is either a message that says she has been ill and is just now getting to writing out checks and is behind (this message has been going on for a few months now) or the message is "mailbox is full". I have had no response to my email message. The invoice I received from Ms. [redacted] is invoice number [redacted]Desired Settlement: If merchandise has been sold, I would like to receive the amount due to me as agreed in the contract. If merchandise has not been sold, would like it returned to me.

Review: I have not received money from the clothing I brought into the consignment store,I brought in clothing and accessories for Spring and Fall 2014 and Spring 2015. After each season's sales for the store I should receive a check and a listing of which clothes sold and for how much. I should receive a % is the sales.I went into the store in March to drop off spring 2015 clothes. I spoke with the owner Kathleen and told her I did not receive my money for all of 2014. She wrote down my name and said she would take care of it. I have tried to contact her at least 5 times. Once I was able to leave a message. The other 4 times the phone just kept ringing or the machine said the memory was full. Please help me to retrieve the money due me. I have dealt with her for many years and my checks from sales for each season average $200.Desired Settlement: I want the money due me for 2014 spring and fall sales and spring 2015 sales from consignment sales

Review: I received check #9780 in the amount of $148.00 from Consignments on Centre April 6, 2015 signed by Kathleen R[redacted]. Unfortunately, I misplaced the check and recently found it. I deposited this check in my checking account on September 10, 2015 and on September 14, 2015, this money was taken out of my account. I also was charged $12.00 for the return of the deposited item. I called the bank to find out why and the representative told me that the checking account was closed on August 14, 2015. It was my understanding that all individuals who had merchandise consigned would be notified of the store closing. I have yet to receive notification.Desired Settlement: I am requesting my $160.00 be sent to me as soon as possible or I will take legal action against Ms. R[redacted].

Review: This business flat out up and went out of business!!! I have two outstanding contracts for which she owes me payment! And, I took clothes to her in May, she never acknowledged those. Where are my items, and more importantly, WHERE IS MY MONEY for the 2 contracts that I have with her???????Desired Settlement: I want paid by her for the 2 consignment contracts that she owes me for. If she knew she was closing her store, she should have NEVER taken clothes from consignors. I feel like she is a liar and a thief. I am not the only one that she owes money to. PAY UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: It was a consignment store that I made an agreement to have my beaver fur coat there for purchase. My coat has been there in the store for most of the year and several months ago I passed the store and noticed that the store had moved out of the location. It is currently under reconstruction for another business. They moved out suddenly. I was told by several people that there were other customers on the television complaining about the store and the move, wanting their merchandise as well. I have their personal cell phone number which I have tried calling numerous times leaving messages about my coat, but I to no avail. I just want my coat back or the money if she sold my coat.Desired Settlement: I want my coat back or the money if my coat was sold.

Review: Have long list of Consignment items at this store. Some quality purses and jewelry. Went to pick up unsold items and was told business was slow and to leave them past contract date. Went back and the store is closed. Have no way to get my items returned. Did not receive a check for sold items. Items have been there since February.Website is down. Phone is disconnected. Have no way to get in touch with owner. Feel they have kept my items, and I am not getting paid for the consignment Truly a Bad business situation, and they are entered into unfavorable business practices of keeping murchandise as their own and not giving you the money contracted. They said they are going into Web Sales....guess so...with MY Merchandise.Desired Settlement: Would like my merchandise back and a check for the items sold.

Review: This is a resale bus. Have had numerous articles that have been sold lower than agreed upon. Articles that [redacted] has told me have been sold for a price (coat $400.00) 50% - yet she only paid $150.00 not $200.00. One fur sold sent out of country......country sent to confiscated said fur and been put up for auction. I was told price auctioned for but have no proof. Other numerous articles I've been told sold yet have no copy listed on chech stub returned to me. These articles I've been questioning have been in her position for over a year. Have phoned sent email have gone in to business still no satisfaction from [redacted]. I have made allowances that she has been ill......this does not take that much to return email or phone. When [redacted] has quoted too low a price I have always gone in and picked up articles. I've asked for her to call before putting anything on sale......yet she did not.Desired Settlement: Would like full amounts agreed upon. Other articles accounted for either returned to me or paid for. Business conducted in a timely manner.

Review: On 9-8-2012 I gave the company (Kathleen Roche) Some fur Items. She sent several checks over the yrs. Slowly. I have a balance of $200.00 left. I have had to email & call her so much over the yrs. to get a check.There is always a reason why I have had to wait. I just want to resolve this issue but she won't answer any e-mails or phone calls. It's no one answers the phone or just rings & rings. NO RETURN e-mails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: Just want my balance of $200.00 for my Fur 300 Coat.

Review: I am very upset I was promised a check never received payment. My consignments have been there for over a yr. Shame on this business owner.I attempted to pay a visit its closed .If there are others out there that have had their consignments stolen and want to move forward and file a criminal complaint for theft by deception please respond. This woman is a out right liar who gives false promises of payment.Can you believe she has a e bay store with our items listed?I feel she is getting away with theft before our very eyes.Any consignee that reads this and has been stolen from please in numbers we need to press charge's for theft..If you read reviews you will see she is a thief.Desired Settlement: Pay me what you owe me.
