Consumer Direct has up to date been a great program for me and my caregiver. I have NEVER had a reason to complain BUT this new system of calling in to report hours on a daily basis has created more stress and anxiety due to the restraints of the time keeping program. I do not know who invented this system but I want to know so I can write to them directly! I hope consumer direct can help me with this or anyone one else who disagrees with this new time keeping system. It would be worth the law suit.
