Review: This company is a complete scam!!!! They said they would give me a loan and all I needed to do was send them the $180 through [redacted] to verify I was interested in the loan and it would be refunded back to me. As soon as I did this, they then proceed to tell me that I needed to pay another $395 to get my loan. They never let me know this ahead of time. I had them email me there information and send me the contract through an attachment. Everything looked normal on paper but if I would of done more digging, I would of realized that I sent the money to a "Sam N[redacted]" in Florida and there website says they are based out of California. I am not sure where this company is located at. I now believe they are located in New York and are called Consumer Payday Loans located at [redacted]. On their website, they say the name of there company is [redacted]. They said they would refund my money in 10 days. Just called them for the refund and he then proceeded to tell me it would be 20 days and that I heard him wrong when he said 10 days. He made some comments on the phone before he hung up on me and I am pretty sure I heard him say I would not be getting a refund and then heard a dial tone. Shame on me for believing this person and now I am out of the $180 and they could be doing this same thing to other people out there. I do not know how they can get away with this and it is very upsetting. I have another Revdex.com Complaint opened in Los Angeles because that is where there website says they are located at. I have the complaint number with California Revdex.com if you need it.Desired Settlement: Would like to be refunded the $180.00.

Review: I was sent an email about receiving a loan after applying for a loan advisement company. They approved me for a loan and I needed to send them $180 to cover my first payment of the loan through [redacted]. I sent them the money thinking that was good business practice since I don't have the best of credit. Then they added another $395 to go to a fee to transfer the money which I also sent them. Once they said they needed more money I canceled my loan and asked for my money back which was going to be returned in 30 days. I called to check on my return only to be told I will not be receiving my money back unless I send them more money and go through with the loan. I told him I had no money and told me I should perform sexual acts for money to get the money to go through with the loan process. I lost a lot of money because I was desperate, I don't want it to happen to others.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive both payments of $180 and $395 returned to me and would like to honestly have the people involved convicted of wire fraud.

Review: I the Consumer [redacted] submitted a online application to [redacted] and was approved for $3000 dallors. I spoke with their agent Mike H[redacted] to confirm the loan. Mr. H[redacted] went over the 18 month payment agreement to payoff the loan,but l was inform that for the funds to be sent to my account they required a intial payment of $180.00 first payment fee and a financial process fee of $395.00 and l agreed and money gram $180.00 on July **,2015 and $395.00 on July**,2015. After the funds were sent l received confirmation that my funds would be sent to my account July **,2015 @ 10am. I call my bank Saturday morning and no transaction was deposited. I call [redacted] office and told l needed to pay a insurance fee of $300 l told Mr. Mike H[redacted] to please return all my funds by money gram and the agent hung the phone on our cinversation, and would never answer when l redialed. I have been scanned for my $575.00. Official statement/[redacted]Desired Settlement: I I would like to be refunded the total amount of 575 dollars.MoneyGram processing fees for to money grams In the amount of $30.00 be funded and for them to pay any fees to the Revdex.com agency for any processing fees.

Review: Consumer Payday Loans referenced above in this complaint contacted me today in regards to consolidating my debt said they would loan me up to 3000.00 need to go to Walmart to transfer first payment of 180.00 plus the fee to transfer the money by money gram to Florida address it to [redacted] and put a security questions on it what is your favorite color answer red they would wire the funds to me account, so I wanted on the phone for over an hour with the representative Steve said he received confirmation to wire the funds but that I would have to pay 395.00 to wire the funds to my bank account due to my credit score. No I want to cancel this transaction and please refund my 180 for the first payment plus fee to transfer said no we cannot do that, said what you stole my money and now you won't return my money said no, spoke to supervisor said the same thing I would have to wait 20 days for loan to be cancelled and their cancellation department will transfer the money back, its in the policy I never received a policy nor did I sign contract with them stating that, I want my money back now before I file police Report.Desired Settlement: I would like for the Consumer Payday Loans to refund my 191.50 to my account I would like to money to be back in my account tomorrow 7/**/15. They scammed me out of this money and I don't know how many other individuals they did this too, but this company needs to be stopped immediately.
