I am the P.O.A. for a 95+ old woman. I was reading this "bill" today saying her long distance bill had been sent to a collection agency. The amount for $16.08. The woman lives in assisted living and has no long distance coverage.They say they have attempted several times "to collect the overdue charges and failure to make payment will cause us to escalate our collections effort." So, I came home and started a little investigating.
