Even though customer did not want to have us fix lighting problems for the 1000,00 estimate that we gave them on their sign, we tried to help customer with the lighting on their sign by putting in bulbs that they provided while we where there....

It appears the new bulbs do not match the older bulbs. But we did not provide the bulbs. There are other problems with the sign and it is a very old sign. Our truck and sign installer has not wanted to go back out because the customer is not wanting to pay for the up grades on the electrical on the sign. The independent contractor we had hired to help with the job, who received 250.00 from client, was probably trying to get the work on the side for himself. We did not have and estimate or agreement with the customer for that work. The contractor denied to us that he received that money. We are no longer in contact with that person but he went by [redacted] is how he was paid by us.
