Awesome company!! A/C quit cooling sometime during the night; called Cool R Us at 9am this morning; customer service was very nice and set up apptfor 9:30-11:30am this morningTechnician called to confirm; arrived by 10:15am and immediately knew what the problem wasReplaced the capacitor and now A/C is working!!! Definitely will use again!!

So friendly, fast, efficient, knowledgeable...I can't say enough good things...just genuinely nice people that are all good at their career
