This is a very unfortunate situation and it is truly heartbreaking. We have attempted to resolve this matter in several ways. We were in contact with Mrs. [redacted] and because of the threating emails from her and her family we were forced to consult...

with our attorneys. They have advised us to not respond to their communications but we would like to remain in good standing with the Revdex.com. Since day one they have been threatening us with bad reviews if we do not give them a refund. We provided everything we were contracted to provide this client and more. We provided 15 hours of photojournalistic coverage on their wedding day resulting over 2000 edited images. These images along with the over 200 images from the 3 hour engagement session were posted to their own personal online gallery. These are high res files that to over 15,000 images have been downloaded.

The only ways Coppersmith has tried to resolve this unfortunate situation is offering to give us $1,000 to keep our mouth shut about the situation. I wanted to try to resolve the situation. Myself and my family asked for the memory card they used to take the photos so we could send it to a professional to recover lost photos and Coppersmith didn't respond to our request. I have attached a letter from their lawyer that lays up what they did to try to "resolve" this situation. I asked for them to try to touch up/edit the nicer photos guests took on cell phones and I received no response. I received zero sympathy or help of any sort from their business. I was very upset about the situation, who wouldn't be? My family did not threaten anything. We only questioned what they would do for us. We are so upset and confused about why they would not try to help us with this tragedy. I did tell Coppersmith I would write reviews about the service we received if we couldn't solve this situation and they clearly did not want to solve it. I don't consider this a threat at all, by any means. Companies that do good work want reviews. I believe Coppersmith knows they did not do good work so they may have seen that as a threat to their company. Below I have in detail what we did not receive from Coppersmith. This is taken from our Timeline/Photo Shot List we agreed on. I have also attached the Official Timeline/ Photo Shot List from the wedding day.

Here are the pertinent sections though.
10. The Client(s) realizes that timing is crucial to the proper execution of photographs. The Client(s) and Photographer agree that the Photographer is not liable for the non-completion of the list of photographs.
11. Coppersmith Photography takes pride in its artistic photojournalistic style. However, due to the limited nature of the event and subjective nature of artistic photography itself, Coppersmith Photography cannot be held responsible for requested photographs not take or missed, lack of coverage resulting from weather or facility conditions, or schedule complications caused by but not limited to anyone in or at the event, or by the church or location restrictions. Coppersmith Photography will do its best to fulfill all requests but can make no guarantees as to quality or delivery of every image.
15. The Photographer and Client(s) agree that the Photographer is not liable for loss, damage, or failure to deliver prints, negatives, digital negatives and/or disks due to the fault of equipment or the developing lab.
