I was visiting my daughter at *** *** and we arrived at her apartment complex at 3pmShe is a college student and we surprised her by our visitWe were staying overnight and when we attempted to get a parking pass for visitors, the office was closedThere were no signs posted in office stating what time office hours areWe parked in the designated "visitor" parking and our car was towedNowhere was it stated that a parking permit was required when parking in that areaMy daughter contacted the office to let them know that the office had closed early and there was no way to get a parking permitThe onsite manager told her we should have parked outside the complex in the bike lanes---which is clearly illegal
I have been living with a formidable rat infestation since April of They brought in a pest control expert who informed me that until the holes in the walls are sealed up by the owner of the building the rats will continue to be a problemI told the management this on May 4th and it is now August they have not followed up, send a maintenance worker, or even attempted to contact us in any wayThank God I do not have any childrenI pay dollars and month to live with rats urinating and defecating on my groceries daily
