Review: I have been billed and over billed on a Visa Classic Credit card. I've made several attempts to resolve this. I can't get anyone to call me back. I've Paid and over paid on the bill, yet I receive a statement that is wrong every month threatening to go after my credit. When asking for an explanation, I've been put on hold until the bank was closed, transferred to [redacted] Company (apparently they think this is funny), and hung up on. I have left several messages and can't get anyone to contact me back. Maybe this complaint will get someone's attention, maybe not.

Desired Settlement: I have a detailed transaction log of every check that was cashed by this bank, I know exactly how much was paid. All I want is for the amount that I paid to reflect in the bill and for the bill to be correct. I would also like an apology for this inconvenience, but I can't even get a call back so I doubt that's going to happen.
