I am disappointed in Ogles Electric I talked to Tony back in January about a small job He told me to call him back when the building was up Now that it is up, I have called day after day, time after time I was promised Tony would get back He never did It is okay to deal only with large jobs or with large firms, but the little people, the individuals need services, too Word of mouth is a power thing When the boom in Murfreesboro dies down, those businesses who dealt professionally and courteously with individuals and with larger firms, will survive I am surprised and unhappy that Tony or anyone at Ogles never did have the courtesy to tell me "no" or simply call me back within a few days In this case, I have never heard back from anyone at Ogles
