The only reason the bank reinstated the charge was because we were out of the country (as we had previously informed the bank) and could not respond to their inquiry after the merchant falsely claimed to have "provided the service". Also at no time was I informed that the chairs were completed. It's still not clear that they chairs are even built, just that he purchased the materials. (see attached) He would not respond to numerous phone calls and emails between May and September when we could have come to an arrangement between us. Since our agreement was for the chairs to be built and installed WHILE MY BOAST WAS IN Rhode Island (aprox weeks) I have no interest in "picking up the chairs" as my boat (and I) live in MA - over minutes away . I also have no confidences in the quality of the merchants work at this point. Regards,

TeWe are a small business. We fabricate canvas products and cushions to custom fitThese products are fabricated from the materials specified by the customerA large percentage of our spring work comes from boat owners who are starting to get ready for the boating season. Our customers
are told we need a deposit before we can add their names to the work list. Also they are told that it will take a number of weeks to complete the work The job was completed as stated in the estimate the beginning of June. Two weeks after the canvas was installed, the customer contacted me stating the wings of the top should have gone to the floor and there should have been a smile in the glass. This work was not included in the estimate and would be an additional charge. To date the customer has not paid in full for the work that was done.ll us why here
