To whom it may concern:In regards to a purchase made on 3/2/2018, which was subsequently returned by the buyer. the buyer received this order and contacted us to return the item because it did not fitDiscription of this listing states wat, volt, Tbulb with measurement of
inchesWe only cary these festoon bulbs in one type, a Tand inches and immediately recognized the the buyer was at fault and had purchsed the incorrect bulb. the buyer provided a photo of which confirmed this was the caseIn the photo provided by the biuyer, the bulb they are trying to replace may be a watt, volt bulb but it is not a Ttype and does not measureinches in length.Since this error was by the buyer, not cors Lighting at fault, terms of the return are determine through the Ebay listingreturn shippoing charges are at the expense of the buyer and the refund is subject to a 20% restocking feefurthermore, the initial shipping charge of $is non-refundable.This transaction is in full compliance with the term of the sale through Ebay and Paypal. I recomend the buyer consult with the manufaturer of their light fixture to further determmine the type of light bulb and length that is required for their application

I am rejecting this response because:
The Seller's response is again a disappointment, but, not a surprise. Everyone of the Seller's communications have been harsh, unsympathetic, uncaring, and uncompromising.  And now, even in the face of the Revdex.com's intervention, the Seller continues to ignore the inequities of this transaction. The Seller takes zero responsibility for the unfairness of this transaction, and never offered a compromise, even though I requested one repeatedly - now 6 times, with this response. In order to get a refund, it was the Seller who insisted I return the item; I did. To get the Seller's  $1.48 refund,  I had to spend $7.95. Nevertheless, on 3/14.18, the Seller said; "You chose to return the item and pay return shipping. You made the mistake so its fitting that you lose money on the deal, not me." A more offensive, mean spirited, and unkind response no seller could have crafted. This response exemplifies and and speaks volumes about the Seller's approach to its customers. It is clear that the Seller does not believe in "better business" and good customer service. It is not "fitting" nor "fair" that I be the only one to "lose money on the deal." It is not "fitting" nor "fair"that the Seller gets to keep the bulb and resell it. It is not "fitting" nor "fair" that Seller imposes a 20% re-stocking fee that bears no reasonable relation to the price of the item ($1.85) and how much it costs to put it back on a shelf. At one point I may have considered a compromise, but after 6 attempts on my part, the Seller never offered one. Accordingly, my request of the Seller remains the same: keep the bulb, re-sell it, and reimburse me the $6.10, the total shipping costs I am out of pocket. I hope you can help not only  facilitate a resolution, but more importantly get the Seller to develop some insight into the impact its approach has on its customer, and take some responsibility for how they have handled this transaction. I do not want what has happened to me to happen to other customers of the Seller.
