Hi, Thank you for reaching out regarding your concernsWe apologize that our service team entered your home without your consent. We will make sure that this does not occur in the future. Our community has heat pump systems, which function differently than a traditional furnace.
While the heat pump will warm the home, it does not blow "hot" air unless set to the emergency heat option. Also, in conditions of extreme cold, like we have recently experienced in Ohio, the use of emergency heat is helpful to maintain warmer temperatures in your home. We would be happy to set up a time for our Regional Service Manager to visit your home and confirm the system is functioning properly if you would like. I called niki and asked her to send me all the pictures they have of the damages and to send me a copy of my lease agreement with my signature on it and they still have yet to be able to provide me with that information

Ms*** applied to Jefferson Chase on June 20th. Additional information was required to confirm income and identity. This information was not provided and Ms*** decided to cancel her application instead. Since she was not denied and notice of cancellation was not made within
hours of application, the $paid for application ($50) and administrative ($125) fees are not refundable. These details are provided in the application and online when applying. Good afternoon,Our sincere apologizes regarding ***' move in experience. We were under the impression that the rent concession of $was mutually agreed upon as sufficient compensation for his inconvenience. We were also unaware of any outstanding maintenance concerns
and do apologize for not repairing these items. We certainly would have taken care of them in a timely manner if we were aware. Attached are some photos following move out (additional photos can be emailed if needed). As one can see, the home required additional painting and kilz sealant due to the condition of the walls, the carpet had to be replaced due to pet urine damage, many items were left behind in the home creating additional work for the service team to trash out, and a flea treatment had to be completed by pest control.
