I ordered 2 banana plants from Ted and they were near death when they arrived. I followed his directions to a T and got potting mix to plant them in. after a week and they are looking even worse, I sent picture to show him. He said I did not use potting mix. I took a pix of the bag and sent it. He still insisted that I did not use potting mix. I don't like being called a liar. I kept asking what the white gooey stuff was that was in the soil when it arrived and asked if it was the fertilizer that was supposed to be. He was horrible and said fertilizer doesn't melt but dissolves. That does not explain what the white goo was. He said I complained and he would refund. It cost me $35 and he refunded $14. Bad reviews on him can be found on [redacted] site but you can't give reviews on the actual site even though he has glowing reviews to sucker you in on his own site. He is a liar and a cheat.
