Worst Property Managers that I have ever incountered... Their building at 15600 is horrible. Toliets have been broken for over 3 months. Have had to threaten to send out health inspectors when they don't even unclog them. As of 1/11/15 we have been without heat for over 4 days now. The second floor has been without heat for 2 months. We have been through 6 property managers in the last two years and most of time are without one and when we do get one, they are not able to communicate with us per their words because they are working on other buildings. Have even gone over and over and over with email's to the owners family but still we get no response. I have over a 500 page notebook with problems in the last 2 1/2 years that we have sent and majority of them have not been corrected. NO SOAP in the mens bathroom for two months.
