Did a most outstanding job of replacing my system with a new system. Kept area clean at all times. Showed up on time. Knew their product.
My raining is the highest possible.

I signed up with Country Heating and Air in fall of 2013 to maintain two units. [redacted] came out and did a fine job and had also done some repairs. We at that time signed into a service agreement which included spring 2014 maintenance (Paid in full $280). April 2014 comes along and we experience a problem with one of our units. It was a Saturday and [redacted] came out to troubleshoot. He could not get a reading on his gauges and said that he would talk to [redacted] the owner on Monday. I never heard from them, so I called country heating and air to cancel business with them. [redacted] the owner calls me back and insists that I give them another chance, and so I did. When [redacted] works on the unit for a bit, he says I'm sorry but [redacted] had the gauges on wrong and that's why he wasn't getting a reading. The part [redacted] replaced last fall was faulty and was under warranty, but still had to pay the $89 service charge for [redacted]. I then asked [redacted] when should We expect spring service, he replies when the temperature is steady at 75°. April and May went by so I called June and the office lady said they would have someone call. On July 25th at 5 pm we noticed water coming from a recessed light in our Foyer ceiling 18'high onto a our wood staircase and flooring. [redacted]The trap to the condensation was totally clogged and leaking water into the attic. I called country heating and [redacted] showed up. I had already punched a large hole in ceiling to relieve pressure and was already shop vacuuming the water that lay between the trusses. What a moment with my wife, two kids and brother in law. We wer leaving for emerald isle the next morning for a week. Can you imagine!!! [redacted] was great! He said that had the spring service had been done (8 point check by the way) we wouldn't be kneeling in a 100° plus attic. I agree! After 3 no shows [redacted] arrives first week in September and by no surprise is dumbfounded and has no clue.but He informs me that his insurance won't pay for this, and he was right. When I finally met with their insurance co., a commercial liability claims specialist through [redacted]. He informed me that they don't cover breach of contract. I'll be [redacted] had mentioned that we use my home owners insurance and that he would pay for our deductible ($500). What a guy! [redacted] spends the next hour telling me about his whole life, the airplane, the ex wife, his new home, the issues with his office personnel.Like I give a crap! Had to play the game with this clown.... My insurance co. [redacted] got involved and estimated damages over $2600 and waived my deductible because we had prevented a huge loss. You're welcome [redacted]! The [redacted] calls me today October 8th and asks are you sure you want a refund $140 for the spring maintenance. I have a business of 20 plus years and wouldn't be able to sleep over this. [redacted]!!!!

I had a great experience from the moment the woman answered my phone call. Even though it was not and they were busy she managed to get a service tech to me that day. The parts were on the truck, my unit was fixed and I was charged fairly. I bought a service contract to take advantage of the discount it applied to my repair bill. These guys are great. From the first phone call to the follow up call I got to make sure everything was in good working order. Thanks County Heating & Cooling
