this is my experience with this company, a sale person and letters received from a Richard apparent owner of the company. . Original through KiJiJi the contact was made with a *TREVORwho introduced himself as a person with over 30 years experience in construction and windows. He gave me a couple of estimates for windows and whilst the talking mention I had hail damages to house and roof *TREVORarranged to come and take a look another day when he had time. he came and than told me to provide the claim number and contact of the homeowner insurance. LONG story short. This Trevor being a acting sales person for the company does NOT EVEN have internet. Trevor that sales person wrote out windows estimates on a 5x7 " writing block?? ~~ He also told me that HE can do the windows for cash but I could not involve the company.~~ So, no I am NOT at all recommending the company.

We did not even do business with Helga as we knew the previous contractors had not been paid. It is standard proceedure to get a claim number from a client to contact the insurance company to get the claim moving along. She was almost impossible to deal with, and is suing the previous company who did the work on her house, after not paying them. We even fixed a window FOR FREE,she had taped up and cloths stuck in as it was off the tracks, on our THIRD free visit. We do use the internet, she just refused vital information we needed to proceed and we walked away from it, and this is the thanks we get. We hope she can find someone who can help her out, very difficult lady, and is lying about the cash offer, unbelievable!!! My salesmans name is TROY
We always start with a hand written estimate , followed up by an e mail. When I asked how I could help and were there any questions when she e mailed me, she said she didn't know me and didn't trust me, I could not deal with her.
