As you can see with the attached documents that Mr*** ordered the windshield on 3/4/and he paid for it on that day and he paid $not $and he stated. Nor did he pay cash for the windshield he paid for it with his credit card as you can see on our invoice number 308331. On
3/13/he picked up the windshield. Every retail customer we have the customer pays for the order before we pull it and we invoice the part when he picks it up. This is standard practice in our company. We process orders per day and this is how we do it on every retail order. MrSchultz picked up the glass according to our records. I am puzzled why one year later he would be asking about it. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Do NOT patronize this business. They are utterly terrible. Completely awful customer service and unacceptable treatment. Not to mention ethically questionable business practices. I was prompted for a credit card number, which was immediately charged for a part I never received.

Review: I was helping a friend fix his 1997 Dodge Ram 1500. He needed a radiator, He went to cousineau auto in Schofield WI. We changed the radiator, was to be a good working part, well he drove the truck for about 20-25 miles and the transmission went out. Did a little looking into this and turns out the transmission cooler part of the radiator is bad causing the transmission to overheat. Cousineau auto said not there problem, won't give me the number to there boss, or return calls. Think this is a horrible way to do run a company. Was told $600 for a transmission that went out due to there defective part they sold.Desired Settlement: I think that sence they sold the defective part that caused the transmission to go out they should provide a replacement transmission.

Review: I had paid Cash for tires $140.00 each tire and a windshield $125.00 for a 2006 F350 supper duty pickup. I had picked up the tires in April 2015 and I broke my foot and tore my acyls tenant on march 9th 2015. I had called [redacted] at Cousineau Auto about a week later and he had told not to worry that when I was ready to pick up the windshield it would be there. At that time I had asked him for a refund and said that I had nothing to worry about that they would take care of it when I was ready for the windshield. I have called and left [redacted] with updates on what was going on thru all this time and I had had surgery on my knee the week before Thanks giving and I'm still having problems with my Knee right now. But called because I was going to have a friend pick the windshield up and I had talked to a person and he said the windshield was still sitting there in customer pickup with my name on it. And he said let me check to make sure and I will call you right back. I waited 2 days and I called back and I talked to a [redacted] and she had told me they would have windshield pulled for me. I called back on Tuesday March 8 and she had told me they broke 2 windshields and she needed to talk to her boss. [redacted] called me back on Wednesday at 9:30 am and said that they were not going to refund or give me any credit for the windshield. I had said this is a cash transaction and that cash or credit should be issued no matter how long its been its not money your boss deserves for selling nothing. I also asked for her bosses phone number and she said the only way to get ahold of him was by Email. I told her I would like to talk to him on the phone and she no and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund because I didn't receive any product in my hands to compensate for the Cash I gave there company.

Nor did he pay cash for the windshield he paid for it with his credit card as you can see on our invoice number 308331. On 3/13/15 he picked up the windshield. Every retail customer we have the customer pays for the order before we pull it and we invoice the part when he picks it up. This is standard practice in our company. We process 250 orders per day and this is how we do it on every retail order. Mr. Schultz picked up the glass according to our records. I am puzzled why one year later he would be asking about it. Please let me know if you need anything else.

I called Consineau Auto Inc looking for a part advertised for $95.00. I spoke to Mike [redacted] at approx 12:10pm on 03/02/2016 and asked for a radiator support for a 2008 Infiniti QX56. He looked up the part and said he had it in for $95 picked up, he paused for about 30 seconds and said that couldnt be right. He paused for another 30 seconds and said that advertised price isn't correct and the price is $250 picked up.
