From my review of the website to my first telephone conversation, I knew my Judith Leiber bag was in good hands. The job was extensive, requiring the removal and replacement of all the original crystals (with a very detailed design), as well as the installation of a new shoulder chain and removal of dents. Time was taken to do an exceptional job of restoration! I was advised as to the scope of the work, as well as the proper care of the bag when returned to me. I recommend this company without hesitation.
