We are paying for a service that we do not get on a regular basisOur trash day is Monday mornings just about every week we are having a problem with our trash being picked upWe are a bank and it does not look good when our customers see our trash out side especially when it is weeks of trashThis is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!! we have tried calling on numerous occasions and the phone sounds like it is off the hook
I paid for the first months and the trash can was never delivered On the 3rd call to them, I requested to cancel the service and refund my money The girl that took my call said, "we will take care of that" I asked, "how? Refund my money?" She snapped back with a "yes" and hung up on me I still have not seen that refund

A dumpster was ordered from Ace Environmental for a job that was done at a customer's industrial facilityThey delivered the dumpster on time, we called mid-week and scheduled to have it picked up at the end of the week on Friday as our job was completedThey stated that it would be picked up after on Friday but could not be more specific, we waited at the guard shack to ensure that there would not be any un authorized use of the dumpster by other contractors until p.m.on Friday and no one showed to pick it up, Ace waited an additional days to come and get it showing up late morning on Monday The dumpster was in the customer's loading dock, which hampered their business and with the additional days the dumpster was left unattended and now the sole responsibility of ACE, ACE sends us a revised invoice weeks later stating that there is an overage fee due to excessive weightGuards told us that it did not appear as if anything had been added after we left the premises, dump
On 11/24/at 8:50am, a worker hit our car, damaging the trunk because he didn't retract the arms after using them to pick up our trashcan, while backing upThe supervisor came to our door, rang the doorbell, explained what happened to my husband and sonWe called the policeThe police redeemed the car was parked legally on the police report and the driver at faultThe supervisor explained the driver has hit other parked vehicles being too lazy to get out of the truck and get the trashcans and being carelessOn the police report, they gave old insurance informationI tried to contact the insurance company using the information on the report and the number was disconnectedI had to research and locate the insurance companyThe representative from ACE American Insurance Company explained they were moved from the information we have years ago and they didn't give Ace Environment of Greer the updated insurance informationAfter a week, my son went to Ace Environment in Gree
