WE ordered the window replacement sash from the manufacturer we got the # for the replacement sash from home owner the # is on the window itself, we do not have these numbers on file, if we did not wont to get the window for home owner we would
have never ordered it in the first place, the warranty comes from the manufacture not from us,then we requested the distributor go out to install the sash
we understand that mistakes can happen we do not understand why the distributor would not have taken the right # off the window at that time since they ordered it wrong
the window sash warranty comes from the manufacture not us
