(“Coverall”) on May 8, 2015, whereby Coverall’s Franchised Business Owners, Rosa B[redacted] and Arely H[redacted], a partnership, was to provide Coverall System cleaning services to [redacted]. While there were service issues, our Franchised Business Owners, attempted to resolve the issues in good faith. The Franchised Business Owners stopped services July 19, 2015, the Service Agreement is terminated, and they have agreed to issue a credit to [redacted] in the amount of $253.13. [redacted] will owe a total of $480.00 for the services provided by the Franchised Business Owners, and this matter will be closed. If you have any questions, please contact me at [redacted].
