The place is disgustingThe pictures on the website are way off, there is nothing nice about this place at allThe a/c vent is covered in mold, along with the bottom of the curtains, around the perimeter of the room & there is even a film of some kind on the t.v screen that does not look like it came from any type of cleaner! This place deserves a negative rating!
I made reservations with this hotel for August using our company debit card
One arriving Friday, August and leaving Sunday, August 7,
The other reservation was arriving Friday, August and leaving Saturday August 6,
The two guests arrived at different times
When the guests arrived to check in for the one night stay they were told they had no reservations for any of us
This guest was forced to use their private credit card to reserve their room
When I arrived I was told upon check in that there was no record of the other party having checked in
After a few calls between us it was determined that in fact we were both at the hotel and at this point it was obvious that we had both been charged for the one night stay
We immediately went to the front desk we were told that the charge to the personal credit card would be deleted and would not be charged, and the company debit card would be billed for both reservations
At 9:pm I received a phone c
