I forgot to ask if you would get a statement from vet that it did die ? Also send a copy of the vetting bill, please.? as it should show what he did for it, [redacted]When God closes one door he always opens another.[redacted]...

Although I don't agree with your actions I have decided to give you another pup. I could not want to get a pup and it become sick what 4 days later, which was not my fault , but.  During the time we talked about [redacted] did you talk to me on the phone??? I am calling this girl [redacted] . I assume you will be coming to your Mothers for Christmas and can come on here for her??  She is a beautiful little yorkie-maltese about 13 wks or so old, have to look that up. SHe is color of yorkie,  black with golden brown feet and face. she is very  very frisky and active. I love her personality as to why she is mine. IF you want her let me know?    [redacted]              This is the emails I sent her on the 20th of dec. and it is the first of jan. that's been 12 days. She has not answered me. I feel that I have done what I needed to do. I don't agree with [redacted]s approach to her problem. I take that her not answering me is an answer in itself. I suppose she has no vet bill. Nothing to back up her accusations. I will not give her the pup now either. I've given her ample time to answer me. She did not one time talk to me over the phone when she was adopting the pup  and she should have contacted me the same way she had talked with me in past, I would have answered her, but no she says she called me numerous times, well I don't know that she did or didn't but she didn't contact me email. I feel she should have never gotten Revdex.com involved and that this should be erased as I was willing to give another pup if she backed up her story by vet. I am not required to give back anything. She did not receive any paperwork from me regarding this adoption. I mailed [redacted] a letter on 12/18/15 advising her of the situation with the puppy, what happened, and my proposed resolution. [redacted]'s email did not go to my direct inbox but was located in my spam which I checked after receiving your notice of her response. Never one though did she attempt to call me back as many messages were left to advise her of what happened.  I asked for a full refund the $280 I paid to adopt the puppy and the $91 I paid to the vet. Her offer was to give me another dog. Due to the puppy I adopted having parvo I am not able to own an animal for the next 4-5 months without the risk of it contracting the very same disease and possibly having the same result. I will attach the letter, bill, and vet record to verify everything I have said/done/ Thank you.
