I meet with [redacted] in May 2011 to file my income taxes. She made many errors and after meeting and speaking with her the errors are still not resolved. I had a meeting confirmed with Ms. [redacted] to meet with her on Fri 12/07/12 and she texted me the day of the meeting to cancel and stated she would reschedule the meeting. I did not hear from her so I reached back out to her because we had a deadline to get the issue resolved she sent me a text stating my taxes are right and there is nothing more for her to do. I sent her a text back advising her to give me a call because that is not what we discussed. Ms. [redacted] did not respond. I have to hire someone else to fix her errors. I wanted to make sure I filed this complaint because I do not wanted anyone to go through what I my dealing. With. Ms. [redacted] was paid to provide a service and my taxes have many errors.
