C&R Paving Inc

Paid cash deposit, after 3 1/2 weeks no contact to complete work. Advertising sign placed on my lawn.
Refused to give my daughter copy of contract.
During the 1st week of April 2014 I contacted C&R paving to do my driveway. I provided a cash deposit of $330 that my daughter turned over to [redacted]. The exact date is unknown as my daughter was not given a copy of invoice. C&R placed a sign on my lawn. I waited patiently for someone to contact me but after 3 1/2 weeks nothing happened. I contacted [redacted] by telephone and he feigned surprise that [redacted] had not contacted me. I requested my deposit back and I was told it would happen. Shortly thereafter [redacted] did not respond to my calls but answered my text messages. He stated he did not have my phone number!!
He then sent me a text message stating there would be a restocking fee!!! [redacted]??!!
His final correspondence via text message was that I would be receiving my full refund after I provided my postal code, the same postal code that is on the invoice I did not receive. I sent the text with the Postal code on May 29, 2014 and he stated he would send all of my deposit. I have sent subsequent text messages to him but I have not received a response.

I have kept all correspondence for C&R in order to eliminate any confusion in this matter.
