C.R. Work Renovating

I have had *** do work for me (and I'm fussy!) over the past yearsHe has worked hard and done exactly what I asked for
He also had ideas to solve a problem of bathroom renos for my disabled husband! I had no negative issues with CR Work

I hired [redacted] C.R.WORK Renovating on Nov.6.2013 to do a fence and a deck. I explained to him that I needed the job done asap because my property is being rented and since it is a brand new house the fence needs to be completed right away. He told me after putting up the posts in the back, it only needs a day to complete the fence work. The total amount we agreed on which is also on the contract we signed is $5,000, which $3,000 is for the fence & $2,000 for the deck. He asked for $3900 deposit since he buys his own material. I sent him $3,000 right away after signing the contract because he said as soon as he receives the money, he will purchase the lumber and get started on it right away. After accepting $3,000 in an e-mail money transfer he put the post up after a week. Its been two months now and no fence up,[redacted]
