[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] Per our contract I paid [redacted] $and the balance was due upon completion of the job [redacted] left all of my plumbing unfinished [redacted] did not rexonneft my toilets or sinks or the shower leaving me home with even a usable sink or toilet for over weeks while not demanding $but payment in full I refused to pay them more money until they at least returned to reconnect the plumbing and at least restore us to wash our hands and use the toilet they had left on my front porch for over a month These gentleman were trying to spend my money for me with out considering the state they had left my home I had comoleted twonotjer major projects with these men so money was not the issueI had a deck added to y front porxh and had my kitxhen and bathrooms tiled over the course of months These men are con artist and saw an opportunity to squeeze me for more money falsifying repairs that I have since had completed by another contractor who found no leaks vut plenty falty and unnecessary work by Craftsman and [redacted] I was put in the whole and displaced for a month because I paid someone to come in and reconnect the plumbing and restore my bathrooms to the state Craftman Constructionand [redacted] left in shambls Per the contract I habe $$paid due $750...nothing about $in three days was eEver discussed This is a flat out lie..the contract we signed is proof There is no other contract They broke it trying to squeeze me for more money When [redacted] expressed his apologies they refused to retuern when I advised them of efforts to expose their strong arm tactics to force ke to pay in full before the job was finished I advised them I would ne a foool to pay tjem kore money after how they left my home And I did mot pay them anymore moneyThis matter began at tje end of June They were supposed to return twice after the 4th of July holiday and necer showedMy demeanor did not change with these men until I realized they were on a very unprofessional trip Real contractor's don't need all they money up front These men were tryng to oit my back up against the wall As a single Mom I had already completed two major jovs with these men I deserved better treatment

I also bought 5 foot shower base which put me $135.00 dollars over the $500.00 she gave us I called [redacted] Fridaymorning to see when she was going to bring me the other $300.00 for material. He called me back saying she didn’t have any money cause she had to get tags for her new car. We told her we couldn’t work for free and already were spending our own money on her material since she promised shed have the money for us. She said she would try to borrow the money when she got back in town from vacation
Our original agreement with her was $800.00 down for materials $400.00 due upon completion for labor. Then when broken pipe was found I told her we would work with her on cost for fixing broken pipe under concrete floor.
