In response to what the business statedI accept that they are willing to give us a refundHowever there was no mention on the amount, when or how that would be receivedI am assuming it would be for the entire $180.Also, somewhere along the line there has been some misunderstanding? I do not believe I said MrC [redacted] used our debit card for payment without our permissionTo clarify MrC [redacted] forwarded our debit card information as our account numberThis was prior to his checking to see if it was okay to send as discussedAnd I he had listened to his messages I called the same night and let him know it was not correct and not to send with that number as the account number.Regards, [redacted]

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I have received the complaint and have reached out to the clientI have sent to *** *** a copy of the returnShe has acknowledged that she received the copy as well as the refund from both federal and state tax agenciesI have apologized to *** *** regarding the untimely level of
responseI am aware after the conversation she was pleased to hear from me and I told her that I will strive to do betterI did have personal issues with my surrounding and I did not feel it necessary to burden the client with issues not pertaining to the actual receipt of her profile

I am aware of the issue that I discussed with Mr*** ***It was agreed that there would be a split of the penalty assessed by the IRSI agreed at the time that I would refund the client by the end of the yearIt appears that since that time of agreement and now, there has been a
dramatic increaseThe client is also assessing an amount that I am not familiarIt would be of great assistance if he can supply the information that would increase the amount dramaticallyI have cash flow issues at this time because of the seasonal activityHowever, it is not my intention to avoid an agreed amount

For the return, I am willing to forgo this portion of the claim only if Mr Craig acknowledges he will pay half of the tax obligation should the IRS not agree with his assessment and bill me for an improper deduction on that return, similar to I would expect to provide documentation form the IRS should this be the case.As to the claim, I reject Mr Craig proposal to pay $by 3/15/and $by 4/20/ This total amount is well over due and Mr Craig had promised to pay over month ago and made absolutely no effort I therefore cannot accept him at his word and expect payment in full on the entire $now Until this amount is paid in full I expect to keep this complaint open

am rejecting this response because as you will see from the attached email correspondence with MrChe was supposed to have paid the original amount owed in July of this year, NOT by the end of the year I have not received ANY payments from Mr Cto date relating to the original $for the tax year Subsequently I discovered that Mr C.g had also made the same tax preparation mistake for the tax year resulting in $amount now owed to the IRS due to his mistake As noted in my attached email correspondence I demanded that Mr Calso pay half of the tax obligation as well just like he committed to paying the tax obligation - and hasn't done so yet This would bring the total amount owed to me by Mr Cto $

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I did apologize to Mr *** and explained why it appeared that he was not consideredAfter explanation he understood.I had a conversation with Mr*** today before I was informed of thisI did discuss with Mr *** the issues related to his tax profileI am to see Mr *** in my
north location on WednesdayWith the in depth conversation we had today, I am taking the position that all is resolvedMr *** made an appointment for a Wednesday pickup and all should be satisfied at that time

It is not hard for me to apologize to a customer that has had a relationship with me for yearsI am not necessarily stunned by the events that surrounded this complaintHowever, it was discussed my apprehension regarding using a debit card and the proof of the statement is in the complaint
acknowledged by the customerI will accomodate the customer's refund request, but I can do little in addressing the process of their receipt from the IRS.I will review the profile to insure that the document was accepted by the IRSThe complaintant could refer to IRS Telephone number # ###-###-####
