Do NOT buy anything They utilize their ‘warranty’ disclaimers from having to honor warranty Case in point I’m a retailer I bought 4-foot wood umbrella poles to utilize for our retail location as we have numerous customers whose patio umbrella metal poles would break but the top is fine I mean why throw away the most expensive part of the umbrella if it’s ok to still use? My customer brings one back a few days ago as the top runner had split where the wire holds it into place on the top collar of the pole It rarely happens, but then again, it’s wood and sometimes the wood grain splits In this case that’s what happened, the grain split and with wind and movement the wire just pulled on through the grain and came apart at the top?

Thanks for the clarification (as I had to explain from a previous email these poles were re-sold) I didn’t realize you were reselling our products I assumed these were rental items I am relying on our posted warranty here Our warranty covers usage only for the original purchaser, not 3rd party users
That’s just typical b/s folks Such a cop out I’ll buy poles elsewhere where a company isn’t going to hide behind fine print but actually cares not just about their customer service but also will stand behind the product it sells
my husband purchased an umbrella cover from Shane USA two months agoI contacted the company to let them know that their umbrella cover faded out completely and just a few weeksThey were unprofessional, flip in there Tone and responseAnd disconnected the chat without any further detail I would give this company a zero star rating if possible
