I find that this company should be reported on the malicious way they treat people. A collection agency is supposed to only be able to call you to work with you for a payment arrangement, not intrigate your life, [redacted] They are legally bound to provide their station, name and transfer you to a supervisor when requested. [redacted] No company should ever be able to treat people they way they do, yell at people, make judgement on their lives or character... I in all my life have NEVER seen such [redacted] dealings or company and how they deal with people. [redacted] I am thankful I have recorded each phone call and journaled each event/time . [redacted] Being a debtor ( person owing money) or not you still have rights as a citizen in this country as a person and should be respected as such. In the end one person listened to me but it started with yelling and the manager belittling me for wanting to get speak with a supervisor to resolve ongoing issues that I myself know are not legal by law. I had been many times refused a supervisor. Once the person listened, did a thorough investigation of my life ( FB, online , bank account and all else of me ) , they understood what I had been trying to say from day one, if people would of taken the time in the first time saving me lots of grief and accumulated anger [redacted]

They called me on my cell phone about a credit card debt going back 15 years, which I never had. they person on the phone threatend to come to my house and work if I didnt pay $1700.00 within 24 hours. I called the peel police and filed a complaint. they continued to call me, the next day, when I told them I called the police they said they dont care they will collect either way. I have submitted a complaint with CRTC as well ministry of consumer relations.
Don't owe anyone or any company money and I have an 850 credit score,but yet they insist I owe them money from a financial institution that isn't even located in Canada. This company calls more than 3 time a week, violating consumer laws.[redacted]
