Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to meBUT isn't odd that after one year AND a Revdex.com complaint, I ironically got my headphones shipped out I still never received an official Invoice nor any documentation from Crazybaby indicating an order, just a text email with a tracking number Not very professional Let's just hope the headphones actually work and sound good...because you can count on a thorough web-based review if they don't!!! FYI I am also verified Amazon VINE reviewer with close to product reviews, so don't think that I won't !!! Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Very simple - This customer paid a company (not Crazybaby) for a product well over a year before the product was in productionThis company was and is not in the US and the funds this other company eventually transferred to Crazybaby China never went to the US.Crazybaby in UT is not Crazybaby China and the funds available for refunds is not in UT - Refunds for international investments such as this cannot be done via checkWhen this customer provides the email she uses for PayPal requested by Shaun Hammons, Shaun will update his refund request and submit it the following Wednesday evening to Crazybaby Accounting, which is in ChinaCrazybaby Accounting remits funds to PayPal on Friday and the funds are generally available to customers within one business day.If this customer does not provide the requested email, the funds for this request will not be remitted

As this customer is asking for a full refund, I sent him a shipping label to retrieve the defective Airbuds and asked him for the email he uses for PayPal, so Crazybaby Accounting can process the refund.When I receive the requested email address, I will update the refund request report - This report is submitted to CB Accounting on Wednesday afternoon and CB Accounting remits the funds to PayPal on FridayThe transfer usually takes one to two business days

This customers complaint is accurate, I am still quite a bit backlogged regarding answering emails and am working to add to my teamI did send a shipping label to this customer today to retrieve his defective Airbuds so I can replace them with a new setMy turn-around time for replacing the defective units averages less than three days and the goal is to have the replacements shipped the same day as the defective units are received
