I am rejecting this response because:I do not want a different color of counter topsI want counter tops that match and that are good qualityWhen Liz said that all my counters would be replaced she expressed concern with availability of the same color of counter top in my home, I told her if it would be easier I wouldn't mind a different colorThis is in no way about the color of my counter topsIt is all about the quality of my counter topsI have agreed to have them do the work that they told me they would doThey originally said they would replace my counter tops and now they are backing out of that then they said they would replace the edge of the counter topI turn their technician away because he was sent to do different things then they told me he was going to doAll I am asking for is for them to do what they said and do it with good craftsmanship.

Hi,Thank you for sending this letterI personally have left at least two message to Lindsay H*** at this number 801-506-in your Salt Lake City Office to resolve this matter with no successThe first one on Thursday May 17th and the other one on Friday 18th. The situation with Mrs
*** is really easy to resolve, however we have tried several times to go to her house and she doesn't let our technicians workShe just tells them to leave because she wants new countertops. We already replaced the countertops once for warranty issuesBut the last time Mrs*** talked to our Office Manager, she claims that Mrs*** told her that she didn't like the color which was installed in March In that case there is nothing we can doSince she bought the house with that color (as is).Since then we have been in her house at least a dozen times (please see a screenshot from our records) with different types of issues and the first four times our technician was able to handle (October 2017) After months (January 2018) she start to call us again and we have been in her house since then, again complaining about the color.We have done all we can to make her happy, but we will not replace her countertops because she doesn't like the colorShe bought the house as is and there is nothing we can do about it. Like I said, she has made several appointments with our office manager and when our technician shows, she just tells them to go because she wants new countertops.
