Good Morning [redacted],
Attached are the supporting documents regarding my complaint against James [redacted], DBA, Creative Tax Solutions. In addition, since the complaint, I have found that Mr. [redacted] is credentialed, and bonded through CTEC. I...
have reached out to Mr. [redacted] Bond Co for reimbursement of the requested $412 refund as of 10-17-2014. My Claim with RLI (Bond Co) is under review and has 40 days to complete. However, it is so unprofessional and not very reputable of Mr. [redacted] to ignore my requests and have me launch an investigation into his authority to prepare proper tax returns. Either or, credentialed or not credentialed Mr. [redacted] prepared an egregious return, and does not stand behind his work, but blames the errors on his computer and poor software? I am do a $412 ref[redacted], CPA, Laguna Hills, CA, who charged me an additional $600.
My experience with [redacted], DBA, CREATIVE TAX SOLUTIONS has been one of complete disappointment and concern for his unwillingness to stand behind his work and his inability to graciously return my requested funds of $412.

Review: [redacted],ENROLLED AGENT, DOB AS CREATIVE TAX SOLUTIONS, prepared my 2012 Income Tax returns incorrectly. I had to seek a 2nd review and corrected tax preparation. I paid Mr. [redacted] $412 for the original incorrect returns, and I had to pay the NEW hired CPA $600 to amend. I asked Mr. [redacted] if his Enrolled license was current, AND he said yes. However, when I called the Fiduciary Bureau for Enrolled Agents, there was no record of his license under his name or his business name. I did ask Mr. [redacted] for a refund for the poorly prepared returns, and he refused as I would not sign a "hold harmless or "non disclosure" form, AKA gag order? I have filled a complaint against Mr. [redacted], and Creative Tax Solutions for the Negligent returns, and his refusal to show me updated credentials along with a request for a full refund of my $412.Desired Settlement: I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OF MY $412 PAID AND CURRENT ENROLLED AGENT CERTIFICATION.
