C.R.E.S. Management

We have lived at these apartment for going on two years and had issues with the hot water the whole time.... This is the sixth time this year that we have been with out hot for more then 3 days without a notice.. My son had a severe case of eczema that cause him to need bath treatments.. I reported this to the leasing of office manger before but the problem is still reoccurring...I've tried to heat water on the stove but its just not getting that bath to the right temperature to keep him warm and to help his skin.. At this point I'm not sure what to do. My son skin is getting worst with each time frame that we are without hot water so Im turning to you for help.. please feel free to contact me any time.
