Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: The tenant did not speak to anyone about the trap being in the middle of the yard and she was not advised of the synthetic bait in the trap. This is why she specifically questioned why the trap was sitting in the middle of the yard. I don't see that the service I paid for was complete. I tried to call your company several times, but only received a return call days after I left messages and filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.
Sincerely,

I apologize, you are correct that the amount was charged. However, your claim is incorrect. Originally the trap was barricaded to the entry point on the shed to ensure that there were no animals under the shed and it was left in place several days. Once we were sure no animals were under the shed the trap was flipped around to see if any animals were in the area trying to return and left for several days, again there was no activity. At this point is typically when we would remove the trap because the original complaint was taken care of. This is when we spoke to the tenant and she had seen a skunk traveling through the yard so we moved the trap to the middle of the yard to try and remove the animal. The bait we use is a liquid synthetic grub, it is not something you can physically see inside the trap. We explained and showed this to the tenant. The trap was put in the yard for several days and also rebaited with no activity. We apologized for the mix up and the trap being left in the yard. We reached out to you via phone and also spoke with the tenant for you to contact us with no reply from you. We offered to reset the trap, and also asked if there was anything additional we could do to assist her, but she explained the animal was gone and there was no further issues. We performed the services that we were hired for and continued to assist the tenant with an additional issue. The charge covers setting the trap, moving the trap, monitoring the trap, resetting the trap, and rebaiting the trap. All of which were performed. It is unfortunate there was a mix up with removing the trap, and for that we apologize. But after reaching out to you with no response, and reaching out to the tenant to have you respond back to us with again no response, there was nothing further we could do. If you were just interested in a refund, if we had received a response from you we might have been able to reach a compromise between both parties to solve this issue.

I will contact the customer first thing in the morning. She paid for a service in the spring, when she had a similar issue roughly 6 months later we as a courtesy for being a returning customer re-set the trap for no additional charge. We would only charge her if any animals are removed. After no...

activity and no captures for awhile we were under the assumption nothing was going on and their issue was taken care of. I was not aware of the customer having a further issue but I will do anything in my ability to remedy the issue first thing tomorrow morning.
