Initially after visiting the shop it was a nice place and was an accredited BMW/Mini shop also. The guy seemed pretty friendly and helpful. So I was confident they could help me and do it in a timely manner. Only thing I wanted was a paint job due to wind damage and other minor cosmetic damage. So this all began May 20, 2013 and til this day I do not have my car in my possession and it is August 9, 2013. Way more than the time allotted to complete the job. I was told I could get my car back July 20, 2013. The car was said to be completed to my surprise it was the complete opposite of that. The paint job was crappy for a shop of that stature. Over spray everywhere, loose molding, parts painted over that shouldn't be, shift lock missing (which is inside the car), inside my car it was a total mess. I brought my car to the pretty clean. I am particular about my car and I make sure it's clean no matter what. My floor mat had holes and spots in them; my leather seats had large imprints and had a white substance on them. I mean the list goes on and the more I talk about it the more pissed I get. There was no need for any of the inside of the car to be as dirty as it was. I didn't even have the emblems and letters on my car when I picked it up. Aside from the time it has taken them to complete a simple paint job, the delivery and the job itself was sub par. I would not recommend anyone to go to this shop. The day I went to drop it off for them to correct the issues. They were not there and this was 2 in the afternoon. I met another woman who had her car done there a few weeks ago and the dent they fixed pooped back in. So I'm definitely not the only one having problems with this shop. I definitely don't think I should pay for any of this crappy work and horrible customer service. Before I forget, every single time that I've called I have not received and answer and each time I have left a voice message with no return call. This has happened from May-Aug. I am beyond fed up!
