for a business lacking medical accuracy regarding a chronic illness, their credibility should seriously be considered.

Review: I have concerns regarding a service CrossFit Inc is supposed to be providing to us, Crossfit Crescent Coast, as an affiliate of Crossfit Inc. We have payed affiliation fees of 3000 dollars, established our insurance as required by CrossFit Inc. This was completed in November 2013. Once affiliated, we are supposed to be on the Crossfit Mainsite as an affiliate (www.crossfit.com.)We did not realize we had been omitted until we recently entered CrossFit Games season. On January 15 2014, Anyone who wishes to be in the open can go online to Crossfit Games and pay 20 dollars to enter information and compete. During this process they are asked to enter the Affiliate they are competing through. We do not come up as an affiliate. As a result, "out of towners" coming to the beach cannot find us on the Crossfit Mainsite, only our competing gy** in the same area. Addtionally our own members cannot sign up to participate in the open competition at our location. We have sent at least 8 emails to Crossfit support without a single reply. There is no phone number available to contact them. I am not sure of the recourse we should take, but this is negatively affecting our business. We are otherwise content with Crossfit Corporate, we just need this issue corrected. Can you please help us?Desired Settlement: Post us on the The CrossFit Main page as an Affiliate, as well as on the Games Page, so that visiting vacationers can find us on the main site, and those interested in participating in the open with our gym can do so. I am in receipt of your letters dated 2/10/14 and 2/20/14.

**. [redacted] correctly asserts that CrossFit, Inc. markets and promotes affiliates in good standing by listing a link to their websites on crossfit.com and posting their location on a map on the same site. However, **. [redacted] had failed to meet all requirements to qualify as an affiliate at the time he filed his complaint with the Revdex.com. CrossFit, Inc. requires, among a few other things, that applicants submit proof of insurance of their facility and have to the CrossFit Journal on their website before they are approved and linked to our website. In this case, **. [redacted] had not provided proof of insurance or met those website requirements and therefore was not an active affiliate. At the time of his complaint, **. [redacted] was not entitled to the benefits of which he complained we deprived him.

Further, we received five emails from **. [redacted] before he submitted his complaint to the Revdex.com dated:

• Friday, 1-17-14, 3:55 pm

Only three business days passed between **. [redacted] first reaching out to us the filing of his complaint with you on Monday, 1-20-14. Our Affiliate Support Team (AST) responded to **. [redacted] on Monday, 1-20-14, a few hours after he filed his report. Three days is a very reasonable amount of time required to address his situation. In the response email, AST reminded him of the necessary requirements to be an affiliate. He submitted proof of insurance on 1-21-14, and finalized his website on 1-28-14. Our website was updated with his link and facility address on 1-29-14.

All of **. [redacted]’s concerns have been addressed and settled. I trust that this is sufficient to dismiss the complaint. If you need additional information, please contact me at [redacted]
