Good morning:This installation was not a case of wrong installation from part of the tech, when the door was initially install the tech did ask if the entry door on the side which would not open all the way would be a problem? The home owner assured the tech that the door hitting on the
horizontal track was not a problem to himThe home owners stated he did not need that door functionalNon the less the tech came out on a second trip to rehang the door on a labor charge which was not under warranty because the door was working fine*** charged $to rehang the door 3'' hinger so that the side door would fully openNow that the home owner's problem is gone he decides he should have not paid for the send trip, that is fine with *** the customer will receive his $full refund- he can either chose to come and pick the check at our location on *** *** *** *** *** *** or we can mail a check to any desire address with final settlement written on it.Thank you,
