Complaint July 8th submit $100pmt to [redacted] rep.[redacted].reserv#[redacted] for cruise 2016.cancelled reserv july 30,15.rec cancel invoice 5-7da refundJuly 8th submit $200 dwn pmt for myself & daughter for my 30th class reunion cruise for 2016..acct was set by class present.with info provided I contact cruise rep [redacted] provided pmt recd reservtion confirmation #[redacted].july 26 I recvd info via class present reunion has been swuthed to another cruise line. July 30 I contacted mr [redacted] explained matter.he responed no problem via contract 100 percent refund up april 10,2016.to allow 5-7 bus days.my calls have been avoided since /////Desired SettlementRecvd cancellation invoice aug 11 2015 via email..called & left numerous courteous messages frm july up to date with allowed time expand.last response frm rep was Aug 4 which I find totally poor customer serv & unprofessional..I am seeking a refund,apology../////
